Food sensitivity or pulled muscles?

New to this kind of thing! I don't have many issues with food or gut stuff.

Yesterday I ambitiously created some bean burgers for the first time (attempting to up my fibre). I added lentils, onion and garlic, along with mixed veg. Had this on a homemade wholemeal roll with avocado and mushrooms. Have eaten all of these ingredients before apart from the mix of legumes/beans together.

I then made some bread for the freezer, so did a good amount of upper body work with the rolling pin, a good hour of kneading and rolling.

Later that evening I had a pile of fresh raspberries with yoghurt. I eat the yoghurt often but the raspberries are a new thing for me as usually prefer blueberries.

At bedtime last night my upper gut felt stiff, sore and uncomfortable (around bra strap area/diaphragm), and today it is still sore. It hurts to move a bit, as if I have been in the gym, but have not done anything apart from the rolling pin yesterday. I thought it might be muscular as it hurts to bend forward a bit but no idea if food sensitivities can cause sensations like this?

It's getting better now so nothing to worry about, but if it is something I've eaten I would prefer to avoid it in future!

Apologies everyone, no need to reply to this.
I have just tested out using the rolling pin and all of those muscles are crippled Grin

It seems that I am sensitive to upper body workouts.
