My DD is currently in year 6. She does not have a diagnosis but shows lots of autistic traits. She has done well through primary school and has not needed any additional support.
she does find making friends hard and tends to rely on her siblings for social things.
now she is getting ready for secondary, I wondered if there were any books that might help her navigate friendships? I’m thinking novels or even films with strong characters who model great values rather than a self help book.
can anyone recommend any?
