I’ve been wanting a Pandora charm bracelet or similar for a while. I kept seeing adverts for Gnoce anc bought a bracelet from them after checking reviews which were good, I’ve now been sent two bracelets. The first had a clasp which kept falling open so I contacted them and they sent me a replacement which is doing the same!
I also ordered some charms which have not which have not arrived….they are now looking into it.
They have offered me a third bracelet )up to £95) but tbh I just want a refund . To be fair their customer service is good, they are responsive etc.
However I’m pretty much done with them. Where else could I try.
