I posted this in Feminism but on reflection I'm not sure that was the right place, so I'm posting here too. Hope that's okay.
I'm looking for recommendations for an inspiring and fascinating book about feminism / women / female leadership for a friend to celebrate her major promotion at work, and that could help support and encourage her in her new role as a female leader.
I've Googled and found a few possibilities but I'd really like proper recommendations.
Ideally not too heavy/dense/academic to read (she's busy!) But also with some substance rather than just twee affirmations.
