What colour of tights and shoes?

I’m going to a big family reunion next week and am wearing this green dress from Phase 8. It’s about knee length but it’s not warm enough to go bare legged! Can anyone advise on what colour tights and shoes would be best? I’d rather not wear black.

Navy tights?

Why not black?
It would look smart with black tights and shoes! If not a very dark brown maybe.

Burgundy shoes would look good. Nude tights, or even burgundy ribbed ones.
