Apologies, I know this has been done to death, but obviously I’m looking for ideas.
Dont want to say too much cause it could be outing, so as not to drip feed here is my situation. I am a freelance market researcher and work for quite a few different people, but two main companies. In October one of the companies I work for lost a big contract that I was working on, it has been replaced by other work that pays less than half what that one did. I have now just found out this morning that my other big contract from another company has gone.
None of this is my fault and I do still have other work. I have tried other work things in the past that haven’t worked out for various reasons.
just looking for ideas. I will put feelers out, I already do some surveys such as Prolific and use cash back sites . I exhausted matched betting quite a few years ago as I was gubbed from most of companies. I did the potato people for a few years.
i’ve got a writing qualification but didn’t enjoy being trapped at home all the time. I also tried to break into voiceover, have done bits on Upwork, but got rid of my equipment.
i’m the first to admit that I’m set in my ways, have had bad experiences working in an office, tbh think I’m better working for myself.
Obviously, I’m going to be looking into different options, but thought it would be worth posting to see if anyone has any ideas
