So who are these people? Who funds them? Who asked them to "observe" elections anyway?

From what I have seen today they seem to be some sort of outfit that allows Farage and his gang to come up with shit challenges to a properly held election.

I am seriously doubtful about them and their aims.

Oh, and before anyone starts, I have looked at their website and am no wiser.

Im not sure about funding but they are accredited to observe elections by the electoral commission, who will reject applications if their checks show political bias.

I have a nasty feeling that getting the EC's accreditation is simply a box-ticking exercise.

I remain very doubtful about them and the validity of their "report".
