Has anyone got any city centre recommendations? Doesn’t have to be the most expensive, just really good. Also if anyone has been in the last couple of years, is the Sky garden any good? I did visit in 2021 but felt the breakfast was just ok and the cocktails later in the day not brilliant. It was an ok experience, just not worth the price tag.

For a roast?

‘city centre’ is quite broad given the size of London; where in particular do you mean?

Hawksmoor do a good roast.

Second vote for Roast - one of my very favourites

The Butlers Wharf Chop House is also very good https://chophouse-restaurant.co.uk/about/

i would have said Simpson’s in the City (Simpsons Tavern) but it seems to be closed.

The Ned sounds amazing, I saw one of those Instagram influencers do a review (not this one but if you Google there are loads) it’s £145 and go need to be HUNGRY! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DGc3TfdO59T/?igsh=ZnJjZHN4d2Z0NXVq
