PALS suggest getting Legal advice. How?

We have no PALS at our local hospital but remote access to one person via CAB (only person in county)
They 'do not advise' in any way but email 'options'. We are currently end Stage 2. They now advise 'not bothering with Ombudsman as they take average of 8m to reply' but to go straight to legal advise. I have no idea where to begin?

I am in Scotland.

You could check your home insurance and see if you have legal advice as part of that?

You could call AVMA- association for victims of medical accidents and get advice from them.
