Getting married in two days

And I'm worried 😭

Ive always been quite anxious but have really made strides to try to do the scary things and face it. I take a very low dose of anxiety medication.

I'm getting married on Saturday and I keep getting these huge waves of fear about having a panic attack in the ceremony. It would be so embarrassing.

Can anyone other anxious brides tell me it was all ok on the day?

I'm in recovery so wine and valium not an option (although I do have some beta blockers).

Congratulations! Have a wonderful day. The celebrant, whoever they are, is definitely going to turn up. It's literally their job, they know what they're doing. All that really matters is that you're going to get married. And all your guests will be wanting the best for you - if something doesn't go they way you've planned, nobody will judge you for it. They'll all be rooting for you.
