Does anyone have experience with this?
No accidents before at school, now she’s had 2 per day and just sat in her wet clothes all day 😔 I did tell her to tell a teacher today if it happened as she had spare clothes in her bag but she must have forgotten.
No UTI (urine dip at drs today), no sudden changes in life to trigger anxiety or anything, she doesn’t seem to know why- I just don’t know 😔 poor girl.

This isn’t uncommon once they start school. They can be too busy playing and learning to go to the toilet or leave it til the last minute.
Can they go to the toilet whenever they want to or do they have to line up at certain times? School toilets can be smelly, noisy places. Hand driers can be loud or she may be bothered about getting locked in, someone opening the door or others being too near.
I’d speak to her to ask if she’s worried about anything in the toilets. I know you are saying she’s not anxious. You could also ask staff if they can spot any triggers or anxieties.
If they have to ask maybe she could have a toilet token/pass that she just presents to staff if she wants to go.
