Just ugh. No advice needed, just a vent

I am so SO tired.

I have a child who is two and eight months and I really thought would be reliably sleeping through by now but nope. For a while she was only waking once at night but now it’s numerous times and also waking very early which is horribly after a disturbed night.

I feel like I’m back in newborn days (actually no as she slept better then) with no time for me at all. Just tired all the time.

I know I could sleep train and I did so with no1 but the techniques don’t seem effective on this one. I’m just wondering when / if it’s going to get better as it’s really getting me down.

Does she nap? How long and what time? What time does she go to bed? What time is she up in the morning?

Also, i know you said no advice needed but you might just need a little tweak to her schedule to improve things.

I can empathise, my son was a really poor sleeper. He wouldn't nap during the day either and was tired and cranky a lot of the time. I hope someone is able to offer you some kind of solution, sleep deprivation is like torture.

Any thoughts as to why they are waking up?

Could they be cold?

Are they having a nap?

My DNephew (2 years 5 months) is an awful sleeper too. I don’t know how his parents cope and he sleeps with his mum. He naps but gets exercise outdoors. No solutions.
