Swimmers, tell me about your non slip footwear for poolside

I'm looking for recommendations of good non slip footwear for the poolside at my local leisure centre. I recently slipped on wet tiles in a pair of flippingflops so I need something more grippy. Are Crocs any good? I've also been looking at Arena Hydrosoft. At my leisure centre, pool shoes are mandatory from outside changing room doors to poolside so they have to go though a bath of disinfectant too. Thanks in advance.

I tend to order slightly larger sizes.
Also been known to boil them in a saucepan if I need to shrink them.
