Visible veins

My daughter has v beautiful, very transparent skin due to her health condition Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Because of this she has some very visible veins in her eye bag area , and dark circles too due to chronic fatigue . People often comment on the veins, including her blooming awful head teacher (honestly I will never forgive her for this insensitivity) and she’s now really self conscious and sensitive about it.
She has a lot on her shoulders already with several chronic health conditions, can only manage part time school, frequent injuries, pain along with other symptoms from POTS and MCAS.

I wouldn’t normally approve of regular makeup for an 11 year old but in this case I see it as another disability accommodation and we’ve been experimenting with different types of concealer for school ( she’s also autistic, highly anxious, pubescent, all round awkward and embarrassed ). All the anxiety contributes to her ME/CFS and I’ll do anytime assuage that.

My Jones road face stick was too thick plus it’s v expensive I bought it on a whim once and not within ongoing budget. The Impala pencil type dupe of this is too dry , looks lumpy. Most recently tried keromask which is makeup to cover scars, and it goes on well - but with help- but is surprisingly translucent even with the powder it comes with.
Can anyone suggest an effective makeup for this sort of thing? Also not scented etc for MCAS. ideally easy for her to apply for herself .
am I missing a trick here Maybe colour correction ? Veins are blue/green

My younger son also hypermobile has several visible veins in the middle of his face, sometimes looks like he’s been punched! I hope he doesn’t get similar comments..

thank you!
