Mine's TV - Clean It, Fix It.

It's a calmer and less hard-core version of Stacey's Sort Your Life Out plus it's got Asher in it .
I always end up getting dust in my eyes watching it!

Using a teaspoon to take half a teaspoon of Nutella and half of crunchy peanut butter then shoving it all in my gob.

Sitting in the car on my driveway scrolling on my phone before I begin the arduous process of going into the house, emptying my bags, and preparing dinner.

Emily In Paris, entirely for the wardrobes.

A rum and coke or a pint of beer with my breakfast (usually my only alcoholic drink all day).

Going back to bed after the morning school run!

I don't have any guilty pleasures. Why feel guilty about things that bring you joy?

We have a deep soaking tub so I like to have a hot bath with my milk soak and an early night in clean crisp sheets.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (only the BH series, I don't like any of the other variations).
A mid morning can of Coke (original, not diet/zero).
Occasionally buying a reduced price but indulgent dessert from M&S and hiding it away so I don't have to share it, then enjoying it whilst I'm home alone during the day😅

Upgrade to a dessert spoon if you really want a treat!

Reading a vast quantity of absolute smut 😈😄

Smoking, its the best, I only smoke at the weekend, which is torture.

Pjs on, cereal, can of coke and a book in front of the fire!

Sometimes if there’s a good treat in the cupboard and DH is home I’ll sneak an extra bit before offering him some.

I think a cheeky Starbucks too when I have a perfectly good coffee machine at home feels like a guilty treat!

If you are based in the UK, l’m surprised your cigarette doesn’t get extinguished and your coffee doesn’t get cold from the rainwater. 😀

Re-reading my favourite Enid Blyton books from my childhood, especially The Five Find-Outers & Dog, The Secret Of stories and Malory Towers. I know they are awful! I don’t feel guilty about reading stuff like Swallows and Amazons…just the sordid Blytons!

Seems to be perfume atm. Not expensive ones. Often little sample 20 or 30ml bottles, or the £19 ones from M+S.

The little dopamine hit as I spray it on seems to lift my spirits.

Britains got talent, chocolate covered pistachios, sometimes both together!

At the end of the day, drinking a large glass of red wine in bed whilst scrolling Instagram reels

Two coffees in bed before I get up.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Though it’s not called that now it’s moved to Disney Plus, but it is the same exact program!

Two slices of thick white unhealthy (ha ha) bread, covered in real butter, a few hot sausages, a good dollop of tomato ketchup and mayo, and eating it over the sink. Mmmmm.
