British gas and warm home. Discount

Anyone else awaiting the warm home discount to be applied to their British gas account I rang the warm home. Discount team who said they sent it to British gas on the 27th November and when I ask British gas I just keep getting excuse of they will apply it on or before 31st March 2026 I know I'm. Lucky to recieve it work part time as much as can but we are disabled but if British gas pocket 150 for lots of people for. Months imagine the interest they will get on that, feeling abit annoyed tbf!

I know of quite a few people via a FB group who were transferred from Tomato Energy when it went bust to BG as the supplier of last resort who haven’t yet had their WHD yet. At the time of eligibility (last August) they were with TE who had gone bust by the time the payments were supposed to be made. So it should be BG making the payments as they took on TE’s debts when they became the SOLR. But no one has had any payment from them. So I think there are probably quite a lot of people chasing BG for the WHD.
