Gift voucher for Merlin or Travelodge or Premier Inn

Are these possible to buy direct from the companies or is it only possible to get them via third parties such as those ones you can pick up in the post office or Tesco?
Dd can’t be given cash so the family are wanting to give a voucher instead to put towards her planned trip to Barcelona or a UK trip to somewhere like Alton Towers.
Is there an easy way of doing this?

What about a flight voucher? That’s much more usable and generic. For example, I personally would not stay in a Travelodge or Premier Inn, and there isn’t always one close to where I need to stay anyway, but I do regularly fly budget airlines. Ryanair do vouchers. I’d imagine EasyJet must as well depending on the best routes from your home airport.
