Good morning,

I have had an odd occurrence and wondered if anyone could help me figure out what has happened.

I’ve just had a delivery via Evri, with a Vinted label on.

It does have my name and address. The date on it is nearly 9 months ago, but it is in good condition and certainly doesn’t look like it’s been handled lots. It’s also a large parcel, which contains an electric clothes airer, so hasn’t slipped down the bottom of a bag, etc.

I haven’t ordered anything from Vinted for months, and have checked my order history for the past year and I was not looking at clothes airers then.

Vinted parcels don’t have sellers details on them, and there is nothing inside with any contact details.

I have looked on Vinted website, but it is all different ‘help’ topics and none of them are relevant. I can’t see any way to speak to anyone.

I assume that the seller may eventually realise their mistake and it be resolved that way, but I’d like to be more proactive.

Put the tracking number from the label into the evri tracking. This will at least tell you when the label was created.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I have now tried all the numbers on parcel and none of them are recognised as the number needed.

It will be the long number starting H under the barcode. Leave out the dashes when you enter it.
