Does anyone else think that the mansion tax and double council tax makes entering an Omaze draw less attractive if it’s in a holiday location?
Take the Cornwall one: £5k mansion tax and £5k council tax makes it an expensive holiday home. Even with the £250k cash you’d probably sell it.
The ones in areas people live all year round and where there is work might be better propositions.
(I am tempted by the Cornwall one which ends tonight).
