tell me what your day is looking like?

I plan to use this thread today for accountability. Woken up this morning feeling shocking - another sleepless night and I’m back at work tomorrow 😬

so it’s lovely and sunny here 😱 I’m going to get dressed, strip the beds and put a wash on, have two weetabix and walk down to the allotment to pull up a bag of weeds .

let’s aim for the good breakfast, vitamin d , and a few k steps !

I've done half an hour of garden tidy up and I'm now going to get ready and take Dog for an hour or so walk to a local park as apparently all the snowdrops are out and very pretty. Then back home for lunch and to watch the football.

I woke up, saw it had snowed a lot last night so spent an hour shovelling snow - very good workout, got my heart rate up a lot and had to use a lot of whole body strength to push the massive shovel loads of snow. I got a lot of steps and burnt half of the calorie target for the day according to my watch.

Having lunch now and then we're driving to the city as DS has ice hockey matches this afternoon. My mum is visiting so its nice that her visit has coincided with his matches so she gets to watch him play.

Then scrabble in the evening with mum, so far we're even with games won so tonight will be a tie breaker game.

Ok the washing is out , been down to the allotment and pulled a bag of weeds . A drop in the ocean but you can tell I have been I suppose! And that’s given me 2.5k steps.

just sat with a large cup of tea now .

this afternoon I intend to wash up and wipe sides , put a load of washing away , make bed , shower and wash hair for tomorrow and try get a few more steps in.

nearly grown up kids need to shower and get sorted for college and school as well later , and I need to decide on something for tea .

8800 steps done with the walk to the park. Now for a bacon sandwich and hope our team can win in this afternoons football.

Taken child to football, came home and been making bread, Yorkshire puddings and tomato soup for lunches this week.
Done laundry, got uniforms ready for tomorrow, I should really be dyeing my hair today but I can't get myself into gear.

I had a lie in as I was up at 3.30 this morning…

I didn't get up until 9.30, so far I’ve stripped the covers to be washed, fed all the animals, I am just about to make a coffee then take the dog out for some training.

Well I have been on another little trip and managed to get my steps up to 6k and have sorted tea and tomorrows pack ups

im glad I started this thread as it’s stopped me sleeping infront of the tv this afternoon but I’m flagging now !

washing up , washing away , showers and gp cage to clean yet ! I’ll check in soon
