Has anyone else made the mistake of trying to buy from them recently? They have cancelled my shipment after delays but say I can’t have a refund. No answer on their UK shop telephone number or email. Just someone on their (presumably overseas) 0800 number. Wishing I had checked the TrustPilot reviews now.

Thanks for the warning. My friend set me a link to them just this week, she loves hers and recommended them. I won’t risk it now.

Glad you noticed my post. Please save yourself the stress. I tried many times yesterday to call their UK phone and mobile but they go straight to a recorded ‘we aren’t here’ message. I have a feeling I wont be getting my money back as I paid with my debit card. They are ignoring my messages via email and their online systems. Such a shame because I spent ages deliberating between them and another brand.

Brilliant. It makes me feel a little better that at least a couple of people aren’t making the same mistake! Please let us know if you find a brand that IS actually reliable!

Are they sending you another one? They must give some kind of recourse. I would keep bombarding them until you get a refund. Not good enough.

You can do chargeback on a debit card, OP

Wow thanks, I had no idea you could reclaim via debit cards.

I really dont trust them at all now to want anything from them. Just my money returned asap! Has put me off looking for another brand unfortunately.

I got mine on Amazon, if you don't have an account maybe someone you know could order one for you? Amazon are (usually ) great to deal with. Hope you get your money back.

Absolute shambles of a company. Treadmill developed a fault after 14 days.
Replacement treadmill developed a fault after 3 days.
Emailed company asking for refund.
They offered an upgraded treadmill instead.
I refused and asked for a refund.
They offered an other upgrade to the previously offered upgrade and a £20 voucher to spend on their website.
I refused and asked for a refund quoting the Consumer Rights Act and raised as an issue with Klarna who have suspended further payments to see if the company authorise refund before Klarna takes the matter forward on my behalf.
