What to wear to a night out?

What do you normally wear on a night out? I don’t have that many going out clothes (I either wear work clothes or super casual) . I genuinely don’t have any nice “going out tops” , and the only thing I can think of wearing is something very close to the dress in the screenshot.

I also have a green silk top, but would have to wear either black work trousers.

so help!

Surely it depends where you are going?

Normal night out to the pub with other ladies. I like to dress up so I wouldn’t go I jeans and t shirt

You’d stick out like a sore thumb if you turned up to any of our local pubs dressed like that.

We don’t have a lot of variety so think small town pub that has a disco

I’ve worn that dress as date a dress with my husband a couple of times, and I did t feel out place, but I did feel it was more of a “date” outfit
