There’s several ways to contact them via the app. Live chat or phone call may be better.

If you can't find one, it's because they don't want people to contact them by email as it's not the most efficient way to resolve things. Do they not have webchat or an online contact form?

Or because they think people will just give up and not bother.

I had an issue I couldn’t resolve and I called them thinking it was gonna be hideous.

It was so easy. Was barely on hold a minute and spoke to someone who got my issue and fixed it then and there for me.

I was properly shocked given all the negativity.

Absolute nightmare….
I eventually succeeded by telephone but you have to wait forever on the phone
