Facebook has been disabled how do I get it back or is there no hope

My Facebook account is showing its been disabled I've tried to appeal it as it shows on the message through the "help center" link but everytime I click on that it just keeps telling me connection lost and doesn't let me do anything so I can't appeal it .
I have wrote an email to an email address I found but very much doubt will get a response, I have no idea why it's been disabled there was no email sent me about it and I'm really gutted 17 years of memories,bthe various friends and family I had on there and many groups I was part on all just gone I've been trying for the last 3 days now to appeal this but the connection lost message hasn't changed

Help!!!!! I highly doubt I'll get it back to be honest but what can I do

I tried to contact them via Messenger to reverse an account closure, they have never looked at the message. The account got closed and I lost everything on it.

Urgh so you had to make a new account I'm assuming then. I don't think I'll get response to the email I've sent either

This happened to me ,I made a new account and after a week they closed that one too.I have heard the AI is running it and has closed numerous accounts

This is happening to a lot of people. Some people have been accused of posting sexual content about kids when they haven't. They have been people who have had an account for years and run a business via FB too.

It is AI running wild. There are loads of posts on Reddit about it. Some people have got their accounts back. Most haven't. And it seems if you make a new one, that gets banned too.

Oh wow really do you no longer use it at all then I must say I'm missing it. It was quite a bit part of my life

Download all the data they have, including photos. Keep a seperate list of your contacts.

A friend of mine recently lost her personal and ‘influencer’ account (she’s not an influencer but I can’t think of a better word for it, it’s an account dedicated to documenting their family travels) on Instagram and her personal facebook. She has got them back a couple of months later but I don’t know how. Persistence maybe? I imagine it might have been that she shares the kids a lot and they’re often in just shorts / swimmers as they’re travelling in a hot part of the world.

How do I download all my photos?

I will admit, I do not know how you can do that en masse. But I would assume they were on phones etc to upload to FB anyway.

If it makes you feel any better, our nhs fb page has been disabled 3 times by AI bots 😭

No, when I try to open an account it says it wants video confirmation and I don't have a camera but people have done this and still not got their accounts back. I do miss it. I have a brother in Australia and it was how we kept in touch, the same with a lot of my family. I used to spend a lot of time on there also.

There's definitely a setting to download all your data in the settings. Can't remember the details but Google will tell you, I've done it before.
