I don't think she means she is pregnant. Looks like she was saying 'this is my man, we're going to have children (at some point) and live happily ever after'. Probably directed at his ex. She has serious mental health issues and has spent her adult life bouncing from one abuser to the next.

If she is pregnant she's quite likely to loose it as I don't think her body will cope. So if in a few weeks she says she's had a miscarriage no-one will be able to prove if she was pregnant or not. Not that it matters, she doesn't know how to be a parent and the baby if there is one will be removed from her.
