What is your baby's sleep schedule like?

And how old are they? Just being nosey really, comparing how my Dd's sleeping is going.

She's seven weeks and wakes up two to three times per night at fairly predictable times. The health visitor said that's quite good but is it?

Tell me all about how your nights go with your babies ☺️

Yep, that's good going. Mine both woke every 1.5 hours until they were 14 months (apart from a hellish three week period with my first born at eight months when he woke every twenty mins). Then they started sleeping through.

Sounds normal for that age. Mine used to be up late cluster feeding till 11pm/midnight then have a good stretch of sleep. Think they switched to an earlier bedtime about 10-12 weeks, but more wake ups 🫣
Best tip is to wind well after a feed and settle them to sleep in the cot with shushing and stroking or patting. This will help massively when the dreaded four month regression hits! The less you have to intervene with getting them to sleep the better x

Mine is 9 weeks now. Typically goes to bed at 9ish, then up every 3 hours. Sometimes he will stretch to 4 hours. He doesnt require much to go back to sleep. He has been pretty routine since around 4 weeks. I find he is harder in the day with sleep thiugh.

I have a three month old.

They are exhausted ready for bed by 6, feed and fight it a bit but asleep by 7.

I go to bed at ~10. Nappy change, into sleeping bag, feed them. They require no setting - just asleep in next to me.

Wake at ~3am for a feed. Again no setting really, they just fall asleep feeding.

I get a bit of waking up, but just pay, dummy back in etc. Enough to disrupt me but they aren’t actually awake, and I don’t need to pick them up.

Awake for the day by 7.

I think that is very good! As does your baby’s routine sound. My previous one would take an hour to settle whenever the woke up.
