Eyebags - what procedure or creams can make them less visible? (pic attached)

My undereye area is quite bad, dry etc.
I tried crows feet Botox but it didn't really help the under eye area... in fact it made it more prominent.
What can i do to make them look better?? Recommend me some procedures or creams please!

Never use standard face cream

to reduce the darker skin shade I’d hit the sack earlier at night if you can. Plenty of sleep will sort that out
along with an increase Vitamin C foods

For under eye you would need tear trough filler (which is not Botox) not just crow feet.
Botox is great to manage wrinkles and stop them from forming in certain areas but it won’t erase them, you need completely different treatment. Speak to good provider, doctor ideally, they will be best to advise on what will be best.

I think you have nice eyes . I've been using Beauty of Joeson eye serum which is lovely and moisturising.

I don’t really see eye bags, just dark circles. Beauty Pie super luminous under eye cream does wonders for mine. You can use a small brush or your finger.
