This year is slipping past at a rate of knots, must be all the rain. Anyway , happy pancake day to all.

I am firmly in the sugar and lemon juice camp here, but don’t want to start a war.

I'm all-embracing. Golden syrup, lemon or orange juice and sugar, raspberry vinegar if I had any. I remember someone putting butter, vinegar and sugar on hers.

Fluffy American ones with bacon and maple syrup.
Or sugar and lemon.

Pistachio, cherries and chocolate sauce 👌
