I recently went over to an iPhone and a Mac and have been having two issues that no matter what I do I can't seem to fix so thought I would ask here if anyone else has had this and how they fixed it?
Issue 1.. Three days ago I randomly stopped getting any sort of notifications for texts or iMessages, They were both previously working fine and I didn't change anything at all. There is now no sound or banner etc and they are also not coming through on my Mac at all. The only way I know I have a text is when I pick my phone up to do something else and then see loads of missed messages.
calls/whatsapp etc are fine and still coming through as normal. Checked settings and it's not on silent, I have chosen a text sound, focus or do not disturb are both off, iOS up to date, text messaging forwarding to other devices is on, turned it off and on again lol..
Second issue is do not disturb randomly turning itself on every two days, Again I only know about this when I look at my phone and see the little moon symbol.
I do no use or want to use focus or DND and if I go into the settings there is nothing set up and nothing to delete etc
any way to stop this randomly turning on?
