I'm returning your call. Is this a scam?

Twice in the past week I've had someone say I've rang them from my mobile number and they're returning my call.

My phone logs calls made/received and I have not rang the number they have rung me from. Is this a scam?

Yes

I had this twice and believe my number was cloned. People were genuine gave names which I google.

its weird. What was even weirder was one caller did not believe me
