What’s you most perfect Sunday?

I finished a load of work at 3, cooked a lovely dinner which everyone devoured.
Dishes done, kitchen cleaned, all the laundry is done, everyone is full up, warm, in their rooms doing their own thing.
Im under a blanket on my sofa watching Bridgeton in my gorgeous little snug with my lamp and fairy lights on and a candle flickering.

I can hear the rain thrashing the conservatory roof.

This is happy contentment all rolled into one evening not thinking about the working week ahead.

How’s your Sunday going?

I was just saying to my husband how blissful it is. Watching a box set on TV with a glass of wine and my gorgeous fur baby girl on my lap and hubbie lounging on other chair. Eldest son gone cinema and youngest in his room. Both will be back for dinner soon. Bliss. The ONLY thing that puts a dampener on it is that I want to move house as I’m over this one.

I’ve watched both my boys play football which I love. I didn’t love the 7.50am meet time… then home to warm up dh made them lunch while I had a nap. Then we headed out for a country pub Sunday lunch with both boys and dd who is home for the weekend from uni.
im now on the sofa with my two dogs and heated blanket delighted the kids are off and no school run in the morning.

My perfect Sunday would be a lay in , morning sex, a fry up, go for a walk then watch a film together in bed. Have a long bath while dh cooks. Tea, then play some board games and an early night.

It varies, last week I went for a long costal walk and a lovely lunch out, this week I watched Wuthering Heights at the cinema, I enjoyed both Sundays equally.
