Will the extra UC child element just be added

From April ? Or am I meant to apply ? My dc are all on the claim it’s just I don’t get the element for all only 3 currently and wasn’t sure ?

No I’m a carer as dc have medical problems

Ok I'm not sure but I would assume you are on maximum UC so there won't be any change, someone can correct if I'm wrong

We don’t have a benefit cap due to receiving DLA/PIP but I’m not sure if I need to actually apply for the extra elements. I might have to put a note on my journal but they take so long usually to reply
