I'm not sure why but another thread just unlocked a memory of being in nursery school, and the fact that everyone had a pegg for their coat/bag and everyone had their own little picture, I've just remembered mine was a sailboat! ⛵

Did anyone else have that when they were in nursery and if so can you remember what it was? 😁😊

I was a drum 🥁 I wished I got something ‘girlie’ like some of the other girls, like a flower. It’s one of my very earliest memories. Funny how these things mean so much when you’re younger

We’ve got a photo of my DD standing next to hers when she was 3 and she’s now nearly 19 .

I think mine might have been a ball.

I adored my nursery school. I’ve got vivid memories of it - and it’s where I met my oldest friend - 48 years ago!

Mine was a ballet dancer in a white tutu and she had brown hair. The background was purple.

I completely forgot about this, but the memory has come flooded back. Mine was a ladybird. Then in reception I had a daisy as my drawer picture.

A red pillar box. That was in 1959.

My junior school peg number (1964-67) was 29.

No idea why I quoted the OP!

Mine was an orange teapot - early 80s and I still remember!
