I ask because for the last 8 journeys I have had with them the wifi has been useless and the reserved seats showed "no reservation" in the carriage.
If it is a one off and they fix it fine, but if you are paying up to £90 for a ticket one way this is just unacceptable. They know about the faults (checked with staff) so they should fix it.
It makes me made when I see their adverts with their purple pointy headed little fecker doing email and scrolling on the internet
