Has anyone ever had East Midlands Railway Wifi and seat reservation working?

I ask because for the last 8 journeys I have had with them the wifi has been useless and the reserved seats showed "no reservation" in the carriage.
If it is a one off and they fix it fine, but if you are paying up to £90 for a ticket one way this is just unacceptable. They know about the faults (checked with staff) so they should fix it.
It makes me made when I see their adverts with their purple pointy headed little fecker doing email and scrolling on the internet

They don’t even pretend to have seat reservations now. Last tickets I bought didn’t have a seat reservation and the reservations weren’t working so just a free for all. I got a seat but lots of people standing.

Trains and filthy too- last few times I’ve travelled the seats, carpets etc are just grim. LNER and GWR seem much cleaner- and cheaper.
