Can we save this bush if we move it

The grass you see behind we’re digging up to extend our driveway. This is a rhododendron I think and is quite established, could it be replanted ?!

Yes, but wait until spring when the ground is warmer. Dig out as wide as the canopy, the roots aren’t deep so don’t replant too deep.
Water daily for the first few weeks and keep watered until established.
