Good morning MN.
As the title says i need to toughen up.
I thought I'd start working out.
I was on my trampoline tonight bouncing and out of know where I peed a bit.
Is that normal.
Then done some stretching with my new stretchy bands, and pulled my thigh muscle, it bloody hurt proper cramp.
Then done some lunges and got foot cramp, my toes looked like thy was in a firing range.
Im 39 about 10 stone.
Its been over an hour and I ach all over I only done an hour work out.
As you can tell im not active lol.
But im trying to be, is there any easier way or do I have to push on with it.
Is it best to sit tomorrow's work out, out, or do you just crack on and it gets better.
No point to the thread really but I have realised how week I am.
