Is it likely they will be able to help when I call them or have I lost them for good?

A few months ago I ordered two tickets for Alan carr, I always use ticketmaster but this time I went direct to the venue and booked through them, show isn't until 2027 so have time to sort it out, i will be calling the venue tomorrow but just worried I have lost the tickets.. First time I have ever managed to get front row for anything and I have messed it up!

Since booking the tickets I have got a new mobile number and email address (had to due to a guy not leaving me alone and if I blocked him he would just get a new number or email) and I completely forgot to forward the tickets from my now closed down old email address. They sent the tickets via email and it was just a QR code for each ticket. Can't log into venue website as it sends a code..

I still have the same debit card I payed with, I can give them my name, address, bank details, and know my old mobile number though I now have no access to it. Is it likely they would be able to resend the tickets to my new email address if I explain the situation or have I lost them? Show is now sold out so I can't replace them. I know nobody here can give me an exact answer but just trying to put my mind at rest and stop thinking about it until tomorrow..

thanks.

I think it’s hopeful if you have the debit card and can prove the transaction. Maybe take a screen shot of it in case it has a reference number or something as proof

The venue should easily resend the tickets to you if you can provide proof of purchase.

You'll be fine - you have the same bank account, address and name, so you can prove proof of purchase. Enjoy the show (in a year's time!)
