Hard centre chocolates?

I’m trying to find a box of hard centre chocolates for my DM but no luck so far.

It seems everything has a mushy /liquid/ praline type centre except for a token caramel in each box. Apparently hard centres used to exist!

Does anyone have any experience of something that might tick the box?

You could probably make up a box yourself from a specialist chocolate shop (online if needs be).

Chocolate covered Brazil nuts

Try Leonidas - they do pick your own chocolates and mail them out. Didn’t see lots of choice for hard centres though.
