I feel really sad about this too, he always seemed like such a lovely guy. Only 48 😔 gosh life is so precious isn’t it. His wife and kids must be devastated

Dawson Creek was an absolute favourite of mine as a teen. That theme tune was the soundtrack to my teenage summers.
Such sad news. He was so open about his battle with cancer. I hope his family get the privacy and peace they need.

His children are so, so young. Between the ages of 12 and 3. It just seems so cruel and unfair.

He was great in Don't Trust The B in Apartment 23, properly sent himself up. Dawson's Creek was part of my 90s Channel 4 guilty pleasure.

This is such sad news. His poor family and 6 kids no longer have their daddy. Heart breaking and taken far too young.
