I sold about £60 worth of items on Vinted and they asked me to verify my identity which I did but needed 2 attempts as I tried to take a photo at night the first time and the quality wasn’t good enough. Even though I got a message saying it was successful my account seems to be blocked and I can’t spend or withdraw the money. I contacted customer services 2 days ago but haven’t heard back. Anyone else experienced similar? Frustrating as I need to buy my daughter a new coat and don’t want to buy a new one.
