Dd bday gifts not arriving in time for birthday tomorrow I could cry

She’s only 2 and yes she doesn’t understand but I do and there’s no way I can not give her any presents in the morning ! Smyths sent me an email last night saying they’ve been dispatched but to allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update, I’ve just checked the link and yodel are still waiting for them off the sender. Is there ANYTHING I can do ?! So fucking anxious about this but I couldn’t order the presents until I had the money, then there was no option for next day delivery it just sat 1-3 working days and stupid me thought monthly be fine they’ll come in two days! next year I’m going to be more prepared 😭😭

She’s 2 so she won’t know any difference. Just postpone celebrating her birthday until they arrive? Or celebrate on her actual birthday and then presentable few days later. She’ll still feel special and loved and it really won’t matter so try not to worry and overthink it x

Other than go to to the actual shop and buy them I’m not sure nothing can be done. Can you pop to home bargains or somewhere and buy a couple of cheap things for her for tomorrow and then the rest for when it arrives. You never know it may just still turn up sometimes the tracking. Is rubbish.
