Has anyone had any positive experiences with this?

I’ve just started taking these (I’m 3 weeks in!) so I’m afraid it’s a bit too early to tell…

I didnt start these when I first heard of them because there was a caution for those on thyroxine. But I’ve since read that it’s ok if you leave at least 4 hours between them, so I’m going to try them now.

Been on them 6 months +
I honestly don't think I see a difference yet, but I will try another few months.
