Island near Portmeirion is for sale - but you may need waders to reach it

The 17-acre Ynys Gifftan is available to buy, but waterproofs are a must as it lies in an estuary.

I would love a private island and a food drop every week, Not having to see anyone else. And no bloody neighbours.
