Is anyone else experiencing a lot of this?
I’ve ordered 5 things in the past couple of weeks; 3 haven’t been sent out and the seller hasn’t communicated whatsoever either.
As the sellers don’t let me know that they won’t be sending the items out I have to wait a week for the sale to be automatically cancelled by Vinted, and then another few days for a refund, meaning I’m out of pocket for a while and I also lose a week. If they informed me and cancelled the transaction promptly I could buy the item elsewhere straight away.
The items had all been uploaded within the past couple of weeks, and the sellers active daily and with good reviews. It’s happened in the past too.
Why do they do this?!
I have only 5* reviews (as a buyer - I don’t sell), so it’s not about that.
If you’re a seller who does this, please communicate to the buyers!
