I'm looking for a thermostat controlled, freestanding heater/radiator. Anyone have one they could recommend?

Depends what size you want. I love our delonghi one

Good point!! Small bedroom that has a disproportionately big window so gets very cold overnight. So I suppose a fairly small heater?

Do you have a link for your one?

Edit: is this it?

Have this one in a small/medium room with average window.

Have you got decent curtains up?

Thanks, I'll take a look at that one.

We do have decent curtains but it's a dormer bay window in a single bedroom. It is double glazed but it's just a heat sink. There's also a floor level vent that we can't cover up so the room just gets so cold.
