All the time on mumsnet I read people recommending the free online Freedom Programme but I've been on their website and it isn't free-it costs £14.
The ones you attend in person are free but if there isn't one you can get to and you couldn't afford the fee then what are you meant to do?
£14 doesn't sound much but if you're struggling to make ends meet then it can make all the difference.
