I'm starting to look a bit crap. I have chin hairs and a double chin! My skin is lacklustre and I've put weight on. Grrrrr.

Superdrug does threading or waxing for hair around the mouth.

They also do tanning facial oil. Two or three drops in your moisturiser three times a week and people will be telling you how well you look.

I do all that and still look crap. I'm starting to get chubby. I have pcos so weight loss isn't easy! I drink lots of water and look after my skin too. Maybe I'm just a bit minging.

Try some fake tan spray on your face or adding tanning drops to your moisturiser, it will help!

I already do that! I'm 5 foot 3 and 64kg so I feel weighty. I need to lose weight but my willpower seems to have disappeared completely.

If you want to look healthier and feel better, weight loss is a decent place to start (as you suggest). But if you aren’t really motivated, it won’t work. Even with hormonal conditions you can lose weight, it just takes consistency and effort.

Exercise regularly and a good skincare routine

What?! I bet you don’t look as weighty as you think! I’m 5ft 4 and just over 66kg. Whilst I could do with shedding a couple of pounds, I don’t feel as though I look overweight. For skin…I use an LED light mask maybe 3 or 4 times a week, and some really decent skincare products. The mask is working wonders so far, definitely have more glowy skin than before

I think the best thing you can do for yourself is be a bit kinder. The way you speak about yourself is awful. I'm sure you look lovely and don't need to make any changes but to be able to make any changes you do want to make to the way you look after your body, you have to believe you deserve that care and talking to yourself like you would your sister or your best friend is the first step.
