Ayurveda Ashrams

Does anyone have any experiences with the above? Especially in India but quite happy to hear of UK based ones.

I haven't been to an Ayurvedic Ashram, but many years ago I did go to the Sivananda ashram near Neyyar Dam in India (where the 'Eat, Pray, Love' women went) and it was very, very basic; literally like being in prison. So I wouldn't recommend that!
