Evri!! Anyone else having issues?

I bought something off Vinted and it's still showing as in transit. See attached screenshot. Should I assume I'll never receive it?.so pissed off as it's a birthday gift

I‘be had this multiple times with a particular pick up off point (I’ve stopped using it). Sadly save for one, possibly two items the rest never arrived and didn’t get returned to the sender either. Funnily enough don’t have the same issue with any of their other pick up points.

You can mark it as lost in transit snd they investigate it. I have had this happen with inpost but but evry, I eventually got a refund but took a couple of weeks

Had this recently for a next day delivery and retailer refunded me. Parcel turned up two weeks later.

Evri are a nightmare where I am . Never seem so many posts on the the villages FB
looking for wrongly delivered or non existent parcels . We had one cherub driver dump all his parcels at the local playground and people went along trying to find theirs .

I've had 2 things go missing, once as a seller and once as a buyer, both times with Evri. Won't be using them again.

Mark it lost, and claim for it.
I did that after a month of "yes it's arriving tomorrow".

Amazingly they then discovered it and delivered it to the place that apparently was impossible to deliver to within 24 hours.

I had this last month - I queried it and they claimed it was lost in their depot and to get the sender to raise a query. They did manage to return it to the sender. I rebought them item when it was relisted. It arrived this week with a 4 inch muddy hole in the item. As this package was intact, I’m guessing that the original Evri delivery driver had damaged it somehow and hoped I’d have given it up as lost. I have had a refund but over a month of messing around has left me frustrated.

Yes had this this week. Ordered something for my dad. Said they couldn’t deliver it due to an obstruction in the door way . WTF ?
Nothing instructs his doorway, not even him !

Very strange how there's always an influx of these problems just when evri have announced another paycut.

We've just had the usual post xmas announcement. Thanks for making us record profits, as a reward we're going to simplify the pay structure. We will be removing the daily bonus (worth £4.50). We're replacing this with an extra 1p per parcel on your standard rate.

So I need to deliver 450 parcels a day to break even. I do about 150.

I try not to order anything which uses evri, however not always possible as recent Amazon order used evri. Local driver has told us he won't deliver to my address after he hit my car unless the insurance claim was stopped, got absolutely nowhere with evri including his manager informing us that the driver would just tell him to fuck off ! I wish when we order something they would let us know which courier is used or get a choice of courier. I would be happy to pay more not to use evri.

Vinted are a pita, hoping you will forget the 2 day window after making you wait a month.

I had a vinted/evri parcel arrive after over 2 months. I'd already been refunded by then and the seller was able to claim for the loss.

I also had a snackverse parcel that was a Christmas present go missing. I'm fairly sure they just ate it.

The latest evri parcel was left out in the rain, even though we have a porch that is sheltered.
