UC pay 85% my childcare costs. UK

I work 3 days and uc help towards my 3 days. My daughter goes for a 4th day a week as I have no childcare and I have to attend a mental health appointment. UC said they cannot pay towards 4 days as I’m only in work 3. (Which I understand and accept obviously) however does this mean they will still help towards the 3 days? Has anyone else had this problem before on uc?

just tell uc ur working hours are now split over the 4 days not 3 they don’t no wat days hours u do just what ur wages are

I know someone who works 2 days but UC pays gor her child to go to childcare for 3 days so she has one day for herself

I worked shifts so needed 5 days care, when I only worked 3. It wasn't questioned.
Just send your costs in as usual.
